Pauline Zeij
Fie art artist, the Netherlands
Contemporary artist Pauline Zeij paints accurate portraits of both people and animals. In addition, her paintings depict a completely unique magical world where these people and animals regularly meet.

Her visual language is both raw and real, soft and tactile. Pauline’s distinct and recognizable colour palette acts like her signature and captures her style beautifully. With her use of light, she beautifully illustrates the magic happening on canvas, paper and in ceramics.
Pauline's art has been shown at exhibitions in the Netherlands and abroad.
Last year Pauline had the chance to be part of a Dutch television broadcast and that art piece was purchased and presented by the Naturalis Biodiversity Center museum in Leiden.
