29 October – 1 November | Living Horse Museum, Amsterdam

Applications are now open

Application

Applications are submitted via the online form and remain open until July 7th 2026.

Artists are asked to submit six works as part of their application. From this selection, up to four works will be selected for presentation within the exhibition.

Selected artists will receive confirmation of the final works to be exhibited. These works form the basis for the exhibition presentation and accompanying materials.

Submission
Please include:

  • CV (PDF)

  • Including contact details and a short artist statement.

  • Artwork images

  • Six high-quality images of the works you are applying with. Images should be clearly presented and free of distracting backgrounds.

  • File naming: lastname_title_01

Artwork details (PDF)
For each work:

  • Title

  • Dimensions (cm)

  • Medium

  • Price

Artists may indicate if they would like to be considered for the Start Your Collection selection.

This is curated separately and does not need to be part of the submitted works. It may be discussed following selection.

Selection
Selection is based on artistic quality, consistency within the work, and the strength and direction of the body of work as a whole, as well as its contribution to the overall exhibition. The selection is made by the curator.

Eligibility
Applications are open to individual artists working with the equine theme across disciplines.

Applicants are expected to demonstrate:

  • a developed body of work

  • a clear artistic direction

Applications from galleries or representatives are not accepted.

Presentation space

Each artist is provided with approximately 4.5 metres of wall space, divided across four panels (each measuring 1.22 metres wide), allowing for a balanced and flexible presentation.

Please note: Works may not exceed the width of an individual panel (1.22 metres). To ensure a professional and visually balanced presentation, we strongly advise keeping works below approximately 1.10 metres wide.

Sculpture and 3D work
Artists are responsible for providing their own display materials. Where needed, support can be arranged.

A reduced participation fee may apply where artists provide their own display solutions.

International submissions
Optional support is available for shipment and storage.

Artist presence
Selected artists are expected to be present during installation, the opening, and designated hours throughout the fair.
