Exhibitions and Curatorial Projects
Since 2016, I have curated exhibitions, art fairs and international projects that place equine art within a broader contemporary and cultural context.
My role is to shape the curatorial direction, define the context and bring artists, artworks and ideas together as a coherent whole. Working with artists and institutions, I develop exhibitions through close collaboration, from the initial concept and artwork selection to spatial planning and presentation.

Mara’ee Bahrain
Bahrain · 2025
An international exhibition bringing together contemporary equine art within the setting of Mara’ee Bahrain. My role combined curatorial direction with artist liaison, connecting artists and their work with the wider event.
Dutch Equine Art Fair
Amsterdam · 2023–2026
Contemporary equine art in the historic surroundings of the Living Horse Museum. As curator, I shape the selection and presentation, bringing together artists with distinct perspectives on the horse.
The Windsong Horses
Queensland, Australia · 2026
A solo exhibition by Karen Osborn exploring the quiet language of the herd and the relationship between horses, landscape and place. Curated remotely from Amsterdam through close collaboration with the artist.
Full Circle: James Way
Amsterdam · 2026
A tribute to the life and work of James Way, developed with his
family and the Living Horse Museum. The exhibition brings his distinctive artistic world into dialogue with contemporary artists who feel connected to his work.
